Underpinning the Derwent Group’s success is our development and land acquisition strategy, ensuring a constant flow of opportunities for future development and expansion of the portfolio in the Group’s core markets and regions. Currently, we hold circa.700 acres of prime development land within our portfolio, the majority of which is made up by the following key sites:
- Edge Lane, or Liverpool Shopping Park as it is now well known, is located in the suburbs of Liverpool and is currently undergoing further development. This major new retail and leisure park, upon completion, will be one of the largest in the United Kingdom, measuring in excess of 700,000 sq ft.
