Currently, we hold over 677 acres of prime development land within our portfolio, the majority of which is made up by the following key sites:

  • Edge Lane, or Liverpool Shopping Park as it will be known, is located in the suburbs of Liverpool and is currently undergoing development. This major new retail and leisure park, upon completion, will be the largest in the United Kingdom, measuring in excess of 700,000 sq ft.

  • High Wincham, Northwich
  • Talbot Road, Old Trafford
